The Hirsche Smiles plastic surgery team provides surgery for children with cleft lip and/or palates, burns and deformed ears, fingers and toes without charge to the patient or family.

Our longtime partner Mending Kids International and Miller Children's hospital will send a large team of surgeons and volunteers to provide free ENT surgeries to children in Guatemala.  

A group out of the Southeastern US will rally together to spend a week at The Moore Center providing free dental care and surgery to the children in Guatemala. This is a much needed specialty and one that requires no recruitment! Every child that comes in for any type of surgery, needs dental care. 

Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt will send a team to Guatemala to provide free Orthopedic surgeries to children in need.  There are a lot of birth defects that affect Guatemalan children that require surgical intervention. 

A group out of Le Bonheur Children's Hospital and the Hamilton Eye Institute in Memphis will provide free eye surgery to children.

A mission group from The Church at Avenue South in Nashville will spend the week in rural Guatemala providing a medical clinic to Guatemalans of all ages.  

A group of multidisciplinary Guatemalan surgeons will spend the week giving back to the children in need. 

Dr. Fred Deleyiannis of University of Colorado will bring a specialized group of surgeons and staff to provide free ear reconstruction to children.
