Dan Simpson

Dan was born in Philadelphia, grew up in Maine, completed a BS Biology at Clearwater Christian College in 1997, and moved to Nashville in 2000. He worked for the next ten years in business development at AIM Healthcare and then helped launch the non-profit start-up, The Dispensary of Hope. Dan was the founder and CEO of ToGoTechnologies before joining Fresh Hospitality in 2015 as the Managing Partner of WVU restaurant and coffee roaster operations, and then as the Chief Innovation Officer with Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe in 2016.  Dan earned his MBA from WVU and he and his wife Kim (who took their first trip to Guatemala in November 2016 together) live in Nashville with their three children.
