Orthopedic Surgery Mission Trips

Typical surgeries that might be performed during a Orthopedic Surgery Mission Trip include: 

• Congenital hip dislocation
• Club Feet
• Flat Feet
• Polydactyly
• Syndactyly
• Tendon Release

On average, 37 surgeries are performed per mission week. 

There are no language requirements for mission teams as The Moore Center provides translators during the week. 

Previous Orthopedic Surgery teams include: Children's Hospital Colorado, Dell Children's Surgical Global Outreach, Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt.
