Marc Goldstone

Marc Goldstone is Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Community Health Systems (CHS) in Franklin, TN. CHS is one of the country’s largest hospital operators. Mr. Goldstone is a nationally recognized expert on all aspects of healthcare law and regulation, and he is a sought after speaker, having delivered more than 100 speaking engagements on various topics during his career. Mr. Goldstone is an honors graduate of Rutgers Law School, and prior to joining the bar, he worked as a full time Mobile Intensive Care Paramedic in urban and suburban areas throughout New Jersey. In 2011, in recognition of his extensive knowledge of Emergency Medical Services systems, Mr. Goldstone was appointed to the United States National Emergency Medical Services Advisory Council by the Honorable Raymond LaHood, Secretary of Transportation, and served two terms on the Council.
