Since 2005, Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt has provided valuable resources and support designating The Shalom Foundation as their International Surgical Partner. 

This Mission will focus on Urology.

Most Common Diagnoses:  Circumcision, hypospadias repair, non-descended testicles, urethral stenosis, urethral preimplantation. 

A first for The Shalom Foundation!  We are hosting a group of Guatemalan surgeons at The Moore Center for a few days of General & Urology surgeries.  These are doctors who currently practice in Guatemala but have never donated their time to our mission.  This is an incredible partnership that we hope will continue.  We want local doctors and nurses to plug in and adopt our mission as their own.
